Biscuit ate a sock on a Sunday. Fernhill Pet Care talked us through it on the phone, saw us within the hour and he was home that night. Can't thank them enough.

Miso hates the vet. The cat-only waiting room and the way the nurse let her come out of her box in her own time made a huge difference.

Puppy club was the best £60 we've spent. Luna now trots in for her checks wagging her tail, and we learned loads about training.

They've looked after Pip all his life and now help keep him comfortable in his old age. Always kind, never rushed.
