When we built Relaywise AI, we started with a simple question: which tasks do people do every day that need context but not judgment? That's where AI earns its place. Everything else is a demo.
Summaries
Catching up on a 60-comment thread after a week off is painful. A good summary tells you what was decided, what's still open and who's waiting on you. It's the single most-used AI feature in our product.
Triage
Incoming requests can be labelled, prioritised and routed based on their content. People still make the final call, but the queue arrives already sorted.
First drafts
A one-line brief can become a starter project plan with phases, tasks and owners. It's rarely perfect, but editing a draft is much faster than staring at a blank page.
Where people still matter
Prioritisation, trade-offs and anything involving relationships still need a human. The best use of AI is clearing the busywork so people have more time for exactly those things.
