What you need to know
Our pharmacists see this question every week at Meadowbank Pharmacy. The short answer: it's simpler than most people expect, and we can usually help the same day without a GP appointment.
How we can help
Pop in, call us or book online. We'll talk it through in our private consultation room and explain your options clearly, including anything available free on the NHS.
When to get more help
If symptoms are severe, getting worse or you're worried, call NHS 111. In an emergency, always call 999.
