Most training injuries we see aren't from one bad lift. They build up slowly from tight hips, stiff upper backs and joints that rarely move through their full range.
Mobility versus flexibility
Flexibility is how far a muscle can stretch. Mobility is how well you can control a joint through its range. You need both, but mobility is what protects you under load.
A ten-minute routine
Hip circles, deep squat holds, thoracic rotations and banded shoulder work done daily will change how you move within a month. Do it before training or while the kettle boils.
Recovery days count
A rest day doesn't have to mean the sofa. Light movement improves blood flow and helps soreness clear faster than doing nothing.
