Are your quotes really free?
Yes. Surveys and written quotes are free and there's no obligation. Our price is fixed, so what we quote is what you pay unless you change the job.

Do you charge a call-out fee?
No. Emergency visits are charged from £95, which includes the first hour of labour. We tell you the price before we start.

How long does a boiler installation take?
Most like-for-like combi swaps are done in a single day. Converting from a system or back boiler usually takes two days.

Can I spread the cost of a new boiler?
Yes. We offer interest-free finance over 12 months and low-rate options over up to 10 years, subject to status.

Are your engineers qualified?
All our gas engineers are Gas Safe registered and our electricians are Part P certified. Every engineer carries ID you can check on arrival.

What does your 10-year guarantee cover?
Our workmanship on every installation and renovation for ten years. Manufacturer warranties on boilers and parts are registered for you on top.

Can you work outside our opening hours?
Yes. Most commercial work across Nottingham is carried out early mornings, evenings or weekends so your business stays open.

How soon can you start?
Servicing and small repairs are usually booked within 2–3 days, emergencies within two hours, and installations within one to two weeks of your quote.
