Duvets and pillows are too big for home machines to clean properly. Ours are washed in large-capacity drums at temperatures that remove dust mites, then dried slowly so the filling stays lofty and even.

Good to know
- Feather and down duvets take three days to dry properly
- Electric blankets cannot be cleaned
