How do projects usually start?
With a free 45-minute call. If there's a fit, we send a short proposal with scope, timeline and a fixed price within a week.
Who will I actually work with?
Senior people only. Your project lead, designers and developers are the same faces from kickoff to launch. Northfold Studio doesn't hand work off to juniors after the pitch.
Do you work with clients outside London?
Yes. About two thirds of our clients are remote. We run workshops over video and travel for key sessions when it helps.
Do you charge fixed prices or hourly?
Most projects are fixed price, agreed up front. Retainers and growth work are billed monthly. We'll never surprise you with an invoice.
What's your minimum budget?
Our Sprint starts at $9,500. Full brand or website projects typically range from $24,000 to $120,000 depending on scope.
How long does a website take?
Most marketing sites take 8–12 weeks from kickoff to launch. E-commerce and complex builds run 10–16 weeks.
Can my team update the site after launch?
Absolutely. We build on a friendly CMS, train your team and leave a short video library so new starters can learn it too.
Do you offer support after launch?
Every project includes 30 days of hypercare. After that, our care plans cover updates, monitoring and a monthly bank of hours.
