Our team is happy to help by phone or email. We reply within one working day.
Portrait and family sessions usually book up three to four weeks ahead, and Saturdays sooner. Newborn sessions should be reserved during pregnancy so we can hold a place around your due date.
A £50 session fee secures your date and is part of the session price. It's transferable if you need to move your session with 48 hours' notice.
Solid colours and soft textures work best; avoid big logos and neon. Coordinate rather than match, and bring a couple of options. We'll send a style guide with ideas when you book.
They rarely do at first, and that's fine. We build breaks into every family session, use games rather than poses, and the best photos often come when everyone stops trying.
Yes. Our newborn photographer is safety trained, every pose is supported, composite shots are made from separate safe frames, and the session is always led by your baby's needs.
Portrait clients choose favourites at a viewing about a week after the shoot, with retouched images delivered within two weeks. Commercial galleries arrive within five working days.
Every package includes a set number of retouched images, and you can add individual images or the full gallery at your viewing. We don't send unedited files.
Commercial shoots include a licence for web, social and print marketing. Portrait sessions include a personal-use licence; ask us if you'd like to use them for your business.
Yes. The studio is soundproofed, has continuous LED lighting and plenty of power. Tell us your set-up when you book and we'll have it ready.
