What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is until 11am. We're happy to store your luggage before and after, and late checkout until 1pm is free whenever we can manage it — suites include it as standard.

Is breakfast included?
Breakfast is included in all rates when you book direct on our website. If you've booked elsewhere, you can add it for €24 per person per day. Children under 12 always eat free.

Why should I book direct?
Booking direct guarantees our best rate, includes breakfast, and gives you free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival. You'll also hear from your host personally before your stay.

What is your cancellation policy?
Flexible rates can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival. Non-refundable rates are around 15% cheaper but cannot be changed. Packages have their own terms, shown at checkout.

Do you have parking?
We don't have on-site parking in the old town, but we have reserved spaces in a secure garage four minutes' walk away for €22 per day. Our team will collect and return your car if you prefer.

How do I get to the hotel from the airport?
A private transfer takes around 25 minutes and costs from €65 each way. Taxis are also easy to find, and the metro stops a five-minute walk from our door in Falmouth.
Your stay
Is the hotel accessible?
Our three Garden Rooms are on the ground floor with step-free access and walk-in showers. The lift reaches all floors except the Rooftop Penthouse. Please tell us about any needs when you book.
Events
Can we hold a private event or wedding at the hotel?
Yes — our courtyard, library and rooftop host intimate weddings, retreats and private dinners for up to 60 guests. Exclusive use of the whole of The Tidehouse is also available. Email our events team for a proposal.
