How much does a valuation cost?
Nothing. A local agent visits, looks at recent sales in Cape Town and gives you an honest asking price, usually within 24 hours. There's no obligation to instruct us.
How long will it take to sell my home?
Our current average is 34 days from listing to agreed sale, and around 14 weeks to completion. We'll give you a realistic timeline for your property at the valuation.
Do I have to sign a long contract?
No. Our sole agency agreement runs for 8 weeks, then rolls on with 14 days' notice. If we don't sell, you don't pay.
