Collection & delivery
How does collection and delivery work?
Book a one-hour slot online or in the app, leave your bag out or hand it to our driver, and we'll return it within 48 hours. Collection and delivery are free on orders over £25 anywhere in Newcastle.

Do I need to be home?
No. Leave your bag with a concierge, neighbour or in a safe place and add a note when you book. We'll send a photo when it's collected and delivered.
Pricing
How is wash & fold priced?
By weight, at £2.50 per kilo with a 6kg minimum. We weigh your bag when it arrives and send you the final price before we start.
Garment care
What if something can't be cleaned safely?
We inspect every item at check-in. If a stain, fabric or care label means there's a risk, we'll contact you before cleaning and never go ahead without your OK.

Is your dry cleaning eco-friendly?
Yes. We use a modern, odourless solvent instead of perc, plant-based detergents for laundry and reusable bags and hangers. Our machines run on renewable electricity.

Are my clothes washed with other people's?
Never. Every order is washed in its own machine and tracked by barcode from collection to delivery.
Insurance
What happens if something is damaged or lost?
Every garment is fully insured while it's with us. In the rare case something goes wrong, we'll repair, replace or compensate you fairly based on the item's age and value.

Do you work with businesses?
Yes. We launder linen, towels and uniforms for hotels, gyms, salons, restaurants and offices across Newcastle, with scheduled collections and monthly invoicing. Ask for a free trial week.
