We'd love to hear from you.

A local agent visits, looks at recent sales in Bath and gives you an honest asking price, usually within 24 hours. There's no obligation to instruct us.

We'll give you a realistic timeline for your property at the valuation.

Our sole agency agreement runs for 8 weeks, then rolls on with 14 days' notice. If we don't sell, you don't pay.

Register your search with us and we'll send you new and off-market listings first, often 48 hours before they go live online.

You're never obliged to use them, and we're transparent about any referral fees.

We'll advise on presentation and pricing so it rents quickly to the right tenant.
