Book a one-hour slot online or in the app, leave your bag out or hand it to our driver, and we'll return it within 48 hours. Collection and delivery are free on orders over £25 anywhere in Bath.

No. Leave your bag with a concierge, neighbour or in a safe place and add a note when you book. We'll send a photo when it's collected and delivered.

By weight, at £2.50 per kilo with a 6kg minimum. We weigh your bag when it arrives and send you the final price before we start.
