Partial planning works from about six months out, and on-the-day coordination from eight weeks.

We negotiate supplier rates, pass trade discounts on in full and stop expensive mistakes before they happen. Our fee is fixed, never a percentage of your budget.

We'll review their contracts, introduce ourselves and include them in the timeline and briefings. We only recommend changes if something genuinely isn't right.

We've planned Hindu, Sikh, Jewish, Muslim, Greek Orthodox, Nigerian and multi-faith weddings, and work closely with your families and officiants to get every tradition right.

Larger events are run by a project team with a single lead contact.

You'll receive an itemised budget, and all supplier invoices are shared transparently.

We make the call on the morning with you.

We hold public liability, employer's liability and professional indemnity insurance, and every supplier we book is checked for valid cover and risk assessments.

We've also planned weddings in Portugal, Italy and France; travel and accommodation are quoted separately.
