Jumpers, silk blouses and lingerie need slower, gentler care. We wash them by hand or on low-agitation wool cycles with pH-neutral detergent, reshape them and dry them flat so they keep their size and softness.

How it works
- 01Drop off in store or book a free collection
- 02Each garment is tagged, inspected and stains are logged
- 03Cleaned by hand or machine using the gentlest suitable method
- 04Pressed, checked under daylight lamps and returned in a breathable cover
Good to know
- Items labelled 'dry clean only' will be dry cleaned instead
- Vintage or hand-knitted items assessed first
- Pilling removal is free with every knitwear clean
