Every paid plan comes with a 14-day free trial with all features unlocked. No credit card is needed, and you'll drop to the Free plan automatically if you don't upgrade.
Yes. Fieldnote imports from CSV and most popular project tools in a few clicks, including tasks, assignees, comments and attachments. Business plans get a guided migration.
Paid plans are billed per member, monthly or annually. Annual billing saves around 20%. Guests and viewers are always free.
You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel from your billing settings at any time. Upgrades are prorated and your data stays put if you move to Free.
We are SOC 2 Type II certified, encrypt data in transit and at rest, and run annual third-party penetration tests. Our trust centre has our full security documentation.
