Edinburgh — Fennel House is a neighbourhood restaurant in Edinburgh cooking over fire with produce from farms we know by name. Relaxed lunches, long dinners and a short, honest wine list, served by people who love what they do.
Our sourdough starter has been fed every morning since Fennel House opened. The dough proves for 48 hours, then hits the oven floor at 450°C for ninety seconds, so it arrives puffed, smoky and soft in the middle.
A 30-cover dining room with a single grill opens on Harbour Row in Edinburgh.
