How do I book an appointment?
Book online 24/7, call us on 020 7946 0321 or pop into the Cheltenham salon. New clients receive 20% off their first treatment.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for 48 hours' notice to cancel or move an appointment. Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged 50% of the treatment price.
Do I need a deposit?
Colour services over £150, bridal bookings and appointments over two hours require a 25% deposit, which comes off your final bill.
Do I need a patch test?
Yes, for any colour, tint, lash lift or brow lamination. Pop in at least 48 hours before; it takes five minutes and is free.
Are your products vegan?
Every product we use and sell is vegan and cruelty-free certified, including colour, skincare and nail polish.
Can I have treatments while pregnant?
Many treatments are suitable, including pregnancy massage after the first trimester. Let us know when booking and we'll recommend safe options.
How do memberships work?
Memberships are a monthly direct debit with a three-month minimum. Unused treatments roll over for one month, and you can pause for holidays.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes, buy e-gift cards online for any amount or treatment. They're valid for 12 months and can be used on retail too.
