What if something can't be cleaned safely?

Daniel Okafor · Logistics & Delivery Manager

We inspect every item at check-in. If a stain, fabric or care label means there's a risk, we'll contact you before cleaning and never go ahead without your OK.

Is your dry cleaning eco-friendly?

Leila Haddad · Master Tailor

Yes. We use a modern, odourless solvent instead of perc, plant-based detergents for laundry and reusable bags and hangers. Our machines run on renewable electricity.

Are my clothes washed with other people's?

Hannah Whitfield · Founder & Managing Director
