A note from Harbourlight Studios

Dear clients,

Harbourlight Studios is a daylight studio in Cardiff photographing families, new babies, professionals and brands. We keep sessions relaxed, retouch every image by hand and print on archival papers, so the photos you love end up on your walls, not lost on a phone.

When we opened our doors in Cardiff, we made a simple promise: treat everyone who comes to us the way we'd want our own family treated. That promise still shapes every service we deliver, and it's why so many of you keep coming back.

    Harbourlight Studios opens

    One photographer, one borrowed light and a spare room above a café.

  2. Mile 2 · 2017

    Our own studio

    We moved into the Old Print Works in Cardiff, with north light and room for families.

  3. Mile 3 · 2021

    Commercial team

    Headshot, product and food photographers joined to serve local businesses.

  4. Mile 4 · 2025

    In-house print room

    Archival printing and album binding brought in-house so we can check every piece.
