Ordering
Yes. Order online by 2pm and we'll have it bagged with your name on it the next morning. It's the best way to make sure you get popular loaves on Saturdays.
Ordering
At least five days for celebration cakes, and three to six months for wedding cakes. In December and around Mother's Day, earlier is better, as we can only make a set number each day.
Ordering
We deliver cakes, platters and wholesale orders within eight miles of the bakery, and post cookie gift boxes and coffee across the UK. Bread and pastries for individuals are collection only.
Dietary needs
We always have at least one gluten-free and one vegan bake on the counter, and can make most celebration cakes gluten-free or vegan. Our kitchen handles gluten, so we can't guarantee anything is free from traces.
Dietary needs
Full allergen information for every product is available at the counter and online. Please speak to a member of the team before ordering if you have a severe allergy.
Bread
It's made with just flour, water and salt, raised with our own starter rather than added yeast, and fermented slowly for 36 hours. That gives a deeper flavour, a better crust and bread that keeps for days.
Bread
Cut side down on a board for the first day, then in a cloth bag or bread bin. Never in the fridge, which makes it stale faster. Slice and freeze anything you won't eat within three days and toast from frozen.
Wholesale
Yes. We deliver bread and pastries to cafés, restaurants, hotels and delis six days a week. Email us for a trade price list and samples.
Classes
None at all. Our classes are for complete beginners and keen home bakers alike, and our bakers adjust to everyone's level.
