Who these terms are with

motionblocks.dev is run by Hardik Desai, Ahmedabad, India (“we”). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

Using the site

You are welcome to browse the templates and sections, try them in the editor and share preview links. Checkout is not open yet, so for now the site is for looking, trying and getting in touch.

Please do not:

• scrape the site, or copy code you haven’t been given access to (see “Using the code” below);
• use the previews as a live website for your own or anyone else’s business;
• try to break, overload or get around the security of the site or its forms;
• send us spam, or someone else’s details without their permission.

Who owns what

The designs, code, text, animations and the Motion Blocks name and logo belong to us. Browsing the site does not give you a licence to them; code you get through your account comes with the licence below.

The businesses, people, photos and reviews shown in templates are made up or stock material, used only to show what a finished site looks like. What you type into the editor stays yours.

Using the code

Section and template code you copy or download through your account is licensed to you, not sold. Free sections, the free templates and the core come with a free account; everything else needs a paid plan.

• You may use it in websites for yourself and for your clients, including paid client work, and change it as you like.
• You may not resell, share or publish the code itself, or use it to make a competing template, theme or component library.
• If a subscription ends, sites you already built with it can stay live; you just can’t copy new code until you renew.

Prices, quotes and early access

Prices on the site are shown in your local currency as a guide and may change before launch. A quote or a reply to an enquiry is not a binding offer; any paid work starts only once we have both agreed it in writing. Early access is free and gives you the launch price if you are among the first 100 on the list when checkout opens; it is not a purchase and you can leave at any time.

No guarantees

We work hard to keep the site accurate and running, but it is provided as it is. Previews may change, move or be taken down, and the site may sometimes be unavailable.

Liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, data or business arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. If you are a consumer, you keep the rights the law gives you.

Your data

How we handle what you send us is in the privacy policy and the cookie policy.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and the version on the site when you use it applies. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes go to the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring them there.
