Questions, answered.

Collection and delivery are free on orders over £25 anywhere in Whitstable.

Leave your bag with a concierge, neighbour or in a safe place and add a note when you book. We'll send a photo when it's collected and delivered.

We weigh your bag when it arrives and send you the final price before we start.

If a stain, fabric or care label means there's a risk, we'll contact you before cleaning and never go ahead without your OK.

We use a modern, odourless solvent instead of perc, plant-based detergents for laundry and reusable bags and hangers. Our machines run on renewable electricity.

Every order is washed in its own machine and tracked by barcode from collection to delivery.

In the rare case something goes wrong, we'll repair, replace or compensate you fairly based on the item's age and value.

We launder linen, towels and uniforms for hotels, gyms, salons, restaurants and offices across Whitstable, with scheduled collections and monthly invoicing. Ask for a free trial week.
