Q.01 · Collection & delivery
Book a one-hour slot online or in the app, leave your bag out or hand it to our driver, and we'll return it within 48 hours. Collection and delivery are free on orders over £25 anywhere in Whitstable.
Q.02 · Collection & delivery
No. Leave your bag with a concierge, neighbour or in a safe place and add a note when you book. We'll send a photo when it's collected and delivered.
Q.03 · Pricing
By weight, at £2.50 per kilo with a 6kg minimum. We weigh your bag when it arrives and send you the final price before we start.
Q.04 · Garment care
We inspect every item at check-in. If a stain, fabric or care label means there's a risk, we'll contact you before cleaning and never go ahead without your OK.
Q.05 · Garment care
Yes. We use a modern, odourless solvent instead of perc, plant-based detergents for laundry and reusable bags and hangers. Our machines run on renewable electricity.
Q.06 · Garment care
Never. Every order is washed in its own machine and tracked by barcode from collection to delivery.
Q.07 · Insurance
Every garment is fully insured while it's with us. In the rare case something goes wrong, we'll repair, replace or compensate you fairly based on the item's age and value.
Q.08 · Business
Yes. We launder linen, towels and uniforms for hotels, gyms, salons, restaurants and offices across Whitstable, with scheduled collections and monthly invoicing. Ask for a free trial week.
