• 01WeddingsHow far ahead should we book a planner?

  For full planning, 12 to 18 months before the wedding gives the best choice of venues and suppliers. Partial planning works from about six months out, and on-the-day coordination from eight weeks.

• 02WeddingsWill a planner save us money?

  Usually, yes. We negotiate supplier rates, pass trade discounts on in full and stop expensive mistakes before they happen. Our fee is fixed, never a percentage of your budget.

• 03WeddingsCan you work with suppliers we've already booked?

  Of course. We'll review their contracts, introduce ourselves and include them in the timeline and briefings. We only recommend changes if something genuinely isn't right.

• 04WeddingsDo you plan multicultural and religious weddings?

  Yes. We've planned Hindu, Sikh, Jewish, Muslim, Greek Orthodox, Nigerian and multi-faith weddings, and work closely with your families and officiants to get every tradition right.

• 05CorporateWhat size of corporate event do you handle?

  Anything from a 20-person board dinner to a 1,500-delegate conference. Larger events are run by a project team with a single lead contact.

• 06CorporateHow do you charge for corporate events?

  Either a fixed fee or a management fee on top of supplier costs, agreed up front. You'll receive an itemised budget, and all supplier invoices are shared transparently.

• 07PracticalWhat happens if it rains?

  Every outdoor event has a written wet-weather plan agreed in advance, from marquee sides and walkways to moving the ceremony indoors. We make the call on the morning with you.

• 08PracticalAre you insured?

  Yes. We hold public liability, employer's liability and professional indemnity insurance, and every supplier we book is checked for valid cover and risk assessments.

• 09PracticalDo you travel?

  We're based in Belfast and work across the UK. We've also planned weddings in Portugal, Italy and France; travel and accommodation are quoted separately.
