Salt & Ember is a neighbourhood restaurant in Brighton cooking over fire with produce from farms we know by name. Relaxed lunches, long dinners and a short, honest wine list, served by people who love what they do.
When we opened our doors in Brighton, we made a simple promise: treat everyone who comes to us the way we'd want our own family treated. That promise still shapes every dish we deliver, and it's why so many of you keep coming back.
